Please include with your report:

  • Select the contact ID # (Trade ID #) from the dropdown menu OR include it in the message. You can find all your trades from your dashboard
  • Attach proof of the fraud (e.g. screenshot of the chargeback, letter from bank)
  • Explanation of what happened

Upload a related image e.g. a screenshot. To select multiple files, hold down the CTRL or SHIFT key while selecting. Only PNG and JPEG images are accepted.
